Scheduling Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online or by calling the salon during operating hours. A credit/debit card is required to schedule all appointments. We recommend you schedule your next service before leaving LemonJelly Salon to assure you have your preferred appointment time.

Arrival & Punctuality

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Our scheduling process allows proper time to provide you with the best service possible.  We appreciate your punctuality for your benefit, the benefit of other guest, and our staff.

Late arrivals compromise our ability to give excellent service to you and other guests and may result in an adjustment or cancellation of your scheduled service.

Support staff is scheduled based upon services requested. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to cancel your appointment prior to the 24 hours window may result in a cancellation fee equaling 50% of the scheduled service. LemonJelly Salon reserves the right to charge a no show fee for missed appointments. The no show fee will equal the value of the scheduled appointment.

Special Services

For special services, weddings, and private appointments, we require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit at the time of booking. We will charge the full amount for services missed without 24 hour notification.

Cell Phone Usage

Please silence your cell phones and electronic devices and keep conversations to a minimum so that everyone can enjoy their service at LemonJelly Salon.
